Erik Vice, 23, is an emerging original songwriter from San Diego, CA. His music has been described as poignant, crazy, emotive, cheerful, melodic, and at times depressing . Erik plays an indie folk-rock style with your standard six string. Erik's first release, the generous 7-track EP "Jump", was released in December of 2005. These songs were recorded at Erik's home studio on a 4-track cassette recorder. The songs off his debut LP "Echo Park" are a mixture of acoustic, electric guitars with harmonica and piano/keyboards. This album leaves you with the tastes of Bob Dylan, Elliott Smith and Bright Eyes. Erik's most recent release was the 5-track EP "Clouds & Sounds" on February 3rd, 2007.
